RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

All my products are handmade with love, so each piece is one of a kind.

This means your purchase may differ slightly from the image you see on the website, and there may be minor irregularities.

 

For example, each time we restock our fabric supplies, considering they are all handwoven by humans/artisans- the possibility of slight weave variations or colour variations within an acceptable tolerance may happen as these aren’t factory made.

 

All my clothes are always made to order & hence we require 15-20 days for all orders.

Please read the product description carefully before placing an order as everything is made-to-order and cannot be exchanged.

 

Nevertheless, if your piece is damaged or incorrect in size, please send me a photo and request an exchange within 14 days of receipt of the item to info@allthingsfancy.in . You will need to ship it back to me.

 

This policy does not cover used or washed clothes.

WASHCARE

Please note that all my clothes are handwoven, hence washcare is of utmost importance. Handwash as separates in cold water works best for all cottons, khadis, ikats, maheshwaris.

Silks , Silk blends, organzas & all festive/occassionwear needs a dryclean only.
